The cost of laundry is affordable 200/wash, 100/30mins, 50 for detergent. Location is close to tsujiki market, Ginza, Daiso, and pharmacy. Quite a few 24 hr restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance.

Hotel location is very good, very close to Ginza. Hotel workers was nice and polite let us leave our luggages for 2 days which is a lot. Rooms ave very small but if you want to stay alone for few days its quite ok. But sound isolation was weak. But generally is good hotel probaly cheapest in area.

Location is near tsukiji fish market. A bit of walk to/from train station but it is manageable and elevator access is also easy.
